Best Western Plus Galleria Inn & Suites

Great location, clean neighborhood near lots of restaurants, a big mall and close to I 40. Staff was. Very pleasant. Nice breakfast. My kids wished there had been a pool, but good room for a familt. We had 7, 2 adults and 5 children and everyone was fine. The room was clean and the shower was nice. It's not the fanciest nor has a good view but good access and again great for families and has a hot free breakfast.

I read a lot of the "bad" reviews so I had my concerns... But my stay ended up being great! The elevator worked, the hallways and room smelled like they had been freshly cleaned. Upon walking into my hotel room, I saw the TV was on, and thought oh no, I got the room with the TV that doesnt turn off. But alas, after hitting the on/off button on the remote, the tv turned off. Whew! Next, I was worried the AC would be unbearably loud. But after turning it on.... it sounded like every other AC, lol. The hotel IS right next to a highway, so there was normal highway sounds. Fortunately the AC worked almost as a white noise machine and the traffic didnt bother me at all. The room was perfect size for my husband and I. Staff was great! Breakfast was great! Checkout was great!

The price when I stayed was pretty good for the summer. It felt like a safe location - the parking lot had many cameras. The room was pretty clean. Breakfast was fine. Overall, this is probably one of the better inexpensive hotels in the area.

Nice clean bed are comfortable they could of used an extra waffle maker you had to wait a little bit to get to use it and they had not eggs at breakfast. The room we got had the extra twin so two queen and the twin was great so my teens didn't have to share room was nice and bigish ac worked great

Rooms were very clean. Front desk was amazing! Breakfast was hot and fresh. Libby was super clean and smelled great!

I marked off 1 star, almost don't want to, but the smell in room 419 was awful..damp moldy smell. But room was spotless and very nice..think it's the a/c making the smell. The workers here are very courteous and friendly. And A++for a real hot breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage,toast, cereal, muffins, waffles, juices, coffee n more. I don't know how this place doesn't have more stars..it was freat( cept for the smell..lol

Staff was wonderful. Lobby was very well maintained and room was decently maintained. There were some annoyance with the room AC dripping water, making loud noises, and what seemed to be mold above it. But otherwise I was pleasantly surprised by the upkeep of the hotel. I booked an accommodation room. Staff member was great and made sure to put me in a room with a walk in shower that I could crutch into. Unfortunately, there was no chair to sit in the shower- so I relied on my one good leg and hand rails. I probably could have asked for one, but I was there for a short night so I just dealt with it. Also, the shower head holder was broken and the shower head fell directly onto the foot of my broken leg- ouch. The water pressure and temperature was great though. I did not take advantage of the breakfast or other amenities, but they seemed well kept and available. Other than the couple of issues, I was pretty impressed with how the hotel is ran. Would use it again for a one night stay.

This hotel is in a perfect location close to many restaurants and gas for travelers. Easy to reach from I40. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff could use a little training - they couldn't provide a receipt of my stay. I had booked via Expedia. Clerk said she couldn't give me a receipt for the $100 deposit that was required, said I could only get via email (never received). But my bank did receive a $100 authorization and then a credit from Best Western. Seems Best Western hotel should be able to provide a receipt for this transaction upon request.
